BIO
Many moons ago in the Cheshire Cheese Isles, on a dark and stormy night, in the rather controversial year 2000, a single CD-ROM was slipped underneath Jessica's door. With a steady hand, she swooped down to see what it was.
"Macromedia Flash," she whispered, gazing at the round disk shimmering in the starlight. Little did she know that this would be the magical gateway into a vast and expansive universe, a universe we now refer to as Customer Experience Design.
Since that mysterious evening, Jessica vowed to learn everything there was to know about interactive design. She read books, learned ActionScript and HTML, designed websites, and built interactive games. She worked at creative agencies and freelanced for clients in Liverpool and London.
Jessica now lives in Berlin with her two puppycats, and contracts as a CX Designer and Consultant for clients across the globe.
